  • Burgers should be completely cooked through though, because all of the meat has come in contact with the meat grinder and thus it is possible it carries bacteria

    • @sketroux i mean, yeah but you still mince the whole external layer of the steak And don't get me wrong, for me it isn't even about the bacteria, but i don't really love the pink minced meat in a burguer xc in steaks tho is great

    • @Oie Ci it's actually better for your health, less nutrients(not that there are many) are cooked out and it's far less of a carcinogen. The only reason pink minced meat is a risk is because you don't know the conditions of where it was ground. He ground it himself in a place he trusts to be clean, cant get less risky than that even cooking it to a crisp. Also dont knock it till you try it, far more moist and supreme texture
